چکیده
Psoriasis is a kind of chronic inflammatory skin disease. Mast cells significantly increase and activate in the lesions psoriasis patients, which involves psoriatic inflammation. Dermcidin (DCD) natural antibacterial peptide secreted by sweat glands usually transported to epidermal surface sweat. Whether DCD involved mast cell activation unclear. However, mechanisms that reaction needs be investigated. To investigate whether derived polypeptides: DCD(86-103) activates MCs induces contributing psoriasis. Wild-type mice were treated with observe cytokines release vivo. Release mediators mouse primary LAD2 measured vitro. Molecular docking analysis, molecular dynamics simulation siRNA transfection used prove receptor DCD(86-103). caused WT release. Moreover, directly activated induced ST2 might key mediate effect on lead induce participate occurrence development

MAST CELLS IN INFLAMMATORY AURAL POLYPS
This study investigated the presence of mast cells in inflammatory aural polyps using light microscopy. The number of mast cells was increased in all examined cases and varied from 2.33 to 41.54 per mm2• The cells were located most commonly around small blood vessels. Occurrence of mast cells was not different in various types of polyps, but their density was severely increased in active in...

متن کاملStress-Induced Mast Cell Activation in Glabrous and Hairy Skin
Mast cells play a key role in modulation of stress-induced cutaneous inflammation. In this study we investigate the impact of repeated exposure to stress on mast cell degranulation, in both hairy and glabrous skin. Adult male Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups: Stress 1 day (n = 8), Stress 10 days (n = 7), Stress 21 days (n = 6), and Control (n = 8). Rats in the stress groups we...
متن کاملIL-33/ST2 axis promotes mast cell survival via BCLXL.
Mast cells (MC) are potent innate immune cells that accumulate in chronically inflamed tissues. MC express the IL-33 receptor IL-1 receptor-related protein ST2 at high level, and this IL-1 family cytokine both activates MC directly and primes them to respond to other proinflammatory signals. Whether IL-33 and ST2 play a role in MC survival remains to be defined. In skin-derived human MC, we fou...
